We're a small, independent BBQ smokehouse, passionate about real food, good vibes, and great people. Our kitchen team takes pride in slow-cooked BBQ done right and we're looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Porter to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll be an essential part of our team, keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service. You'll support our chefs by washing dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and helping with basic prep when needed. It's a fast paced job, but you'll be part of a friendly crew that values teamwork and good humour.

Key Responsibilities

Keeping all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times Assisting with basic food prep when required Emptying bins and managing waste safely and efficiently Helping with deliveries, storage, and stock rotation Supporting the kitchen team during busy services

What We're Looking For

A hard-working, reliable attitude and attention to detail The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure A team player who's happy to help wherever needed Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a bonus -- but not essential Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
