We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy culinary team. Responsibilities

Washing and sanitising dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met Assisting with basic food preparation tasks under supervision Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and storage areas within the kitchen Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods by ensuring all items are ready for use Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations Restocking supplies and ensuring all necessary items are available for chefs and kitchen staff Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Skills

Experience or interest in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering services Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards Reliable with a positive attitude towards learning new skills Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a kitchen setting

Pay: 12.21-13.91 per hour
