Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen environment, ensuring smooth daily operations. Prior experience in food service or kitchen environments is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Duties

Washing and sanitising dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to uphold hygiene standards Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen staff Supporting the organisation and orestocking of kitchen supplies and ingredients Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, work surfaces, and storage areas Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times Supporting the wider team during busy service periods to ensure efficient operation

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is desirable but not essential Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, or culinary techniques is a plus Experience working within hospitality or serving roles can be beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 300.00-450.00 per week
