Job Summary
KOCHCHI is an exciting new Sri Lankan restaurant opening soon in the West End of Glasgow, and we're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our opening team.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and well organised at all times Assisting chefs with basic prep when required Taking out rubbish and ensuring hygiene standards are met Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
A strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Good timekeeping and reliability Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential Willingness to learn and be part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
