Duties

Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic cooking and ingredient handling under supervision Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently Support food service operations by bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and inviting Help with catering and banquet setups, ensuring all equipment and supplies are prepared and organized Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by providing timely assistance as needed Contribute to overall kitchen organization, including stock rotation and waste management

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic understanding of kitchen operations such as bussing, food prep, and serving is advantageous Prior banquet or hotel kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks effectively

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
