We are seeking 2 dedicated and passionate Kitchen Porters to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth running of the kitchen environment, ensuring crockery and cutlery etc are clean and sufficient amounts are available at all time. May involve helping with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. This role requires , teamwork abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Duties
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and quality of service to customers.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices throughout the kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items and equipment.
cleaning all tableware and kitchenware to a high standard (dishwasher supplied)
storing deliveries , some lifting and handling required
Qualifications
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration..
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
