We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Shift Leader to join our new Kitchen team at Thunderdog.

Ideal candidate would have previous experience within a similar roll & establishment, good knowledge of takeaway would be benefitable.

What is expected from Kitchen Shift Leader...

All kitchen paperwork Cleanliness of the kitchen on daily bases Hit weekly/monthly set targets Work well with unit Kitchen Manager and General Manager ability to train junior members of the team
