Job Description

Meeting and greeting customers and guiding them around the showroom

Dealing with online enquiries/quotes

Creating 3D kitchen designs using CAD/3D design software (training will be given)

Customer services

Dealing with all kitchen enquires before and after installation inc ordering and placing purchase orders with suppliers
Taking orders and payments over the phone as well as answering questions on the products that we sell

Requiements;

Polite Punctual Generally computer literate. Smart appearance Willingness to learn Great attitude Confident on the phone with a good telephone manner
Customer services experience required, not necessarily in this industry as full training will be given in all areas.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
