The Rogue Fox Coffee House is looking for a new team member!

We are a family run independent coffee house who offers great coffee, great food & great service. We are a well established business, heading into our 9th year on Clytha Park Road. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about providing the best service to our local community of customers, hard working and a team player.

you will also be required to be flexible enough to cover holidays, sickness and weekends.

The qualities we are looking for in an applicant:

Friendly and approachable attitude Hard working and considerate team player who works well with our established team. Someone passionate about working for an independent business. Someone passionate about good food and new menu ideas. Previous experience in a kitchen would be desirable but, full training will be provided. Food hygiene certificate level 2 desirable but not required, full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in meal preparation and food production in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and rotation of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure

Experience:

- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
