Overview

Brogans are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our team. As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will assist in meal preparation and ensure that our food safety standards are upheld. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be helping with freshly cooked breakfasts, light lunches and some baking. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu standards. Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed in the kitchen. Maintain consistency and quality. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service. Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen setting is needed. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous. Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards is desirable. A passion for cooking and an eagerness to develop culinary skills will set you apart as an ideal candidate. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to thrive under pressure.
