Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic member to join our vibrant kitchen team. In this role, you will assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring that our culinary standards are met while maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking and meal assembly. Help cook and prepare meals according to established recipes and standards. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Support the kitchen team in catering events as required. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Follow instructions from chefs and senior kitchen staff to meet service demands. Take orders Clean
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is an advantage. Understanding of food safety regulations and practices is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
