Responsibilities

Help maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Support the head chef and kitchen staff in various culinary tasks as required. Participate in catering events, preparing dishes according to specific menus and dietary requirements. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively while following all safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the culinary field.
