The Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Kitchen Staff member to join our team. This part-time role offers 12-20 hours per week and requires flexibility, including weekend shifts. You will play a vital role in preparing and serving food to a high standard, ensuring all compliance and hygiene standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking food in line with cafe menus and spec sheets. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times. Ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations and internal policies. Supporting stock rotation and correct storage procedures. Working efficiently to deliver consistent, quality meals for our guests. Assisting with kitchen cleaning and ensuring all areas are kept safe and tidy.

About You:

Previous kitchen experience is essential. Knowledge of food hygiene, food preparation, and compliance standards. Ability to follow spec sheets and deliver meals consistently. Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team. Positive attitude with a passion for great food and excellent service.
