Position: Kitchen Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing:

Running the show in the kitchen--keeping operations smooth, efficient, and delicious. Leading and inspiring your crew, making sure everyone's learning, growing, and giving their best. Keeping everything clean, safe, and up to standard (because health codes matter). Jumping on the grill, coordinating prep, and collaborating with our chefs to whip up amazing, mouthwatering food. Staying on top of inventory--because nobody likes running out of salsa mid-service. Coaching your team with constructive feedback, regular check-ins, and a high-five when it's earned. Creating a positive, team-first vibe where communication is key and every shift feels like a win. Handling any hiccups in the kitchen like a pro.

What You Bring to the Table:

Solid experience leading a kitchen team in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices. Leadership skills that inspire respect, trust, and top performance. Confidence on the line and skill with culinary techniques. A knack for organization and an eye for detail. Cool under pressure--because kitchens don't come with a pause button. A true passion for great food and creating memorable dining experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.25-13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
