We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the weekend operations of our kitchen. Duties

Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in all dishes served. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure that the kitchen is well-organised, clean, and equipped for optimal performance during service times.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to maintain compliance in the kitchen. Exceptional leadership qualities, demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide staff members. Previous experience in hospitality or barista roles is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
