This job will include weekends.

We're a small team - so we like our team members to cover all bases and have a true passion for the whole hospitality, catering and retail experience. A proven track record within this environment would be an advantage, along with a passion for great food and drink and love to engage with and provide exceptional service for customers of all ages.

Tea Room duties will include -Preparing and serving customers food and drink, barista duties, waiting tables, pot washing and cleaning. Responsibilities will also include, cash handling including balancing of the till, opening/closing the premises safely,food preparation, stock taking, restock and rotation and food ordering. Knowledge and/or qualifications in food standards and EHO requirements are an advantage, but training will be provided to the successful candidate in all areas.

Kitchen -

Duties: - Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the manager - Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment - Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware - Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients - Help with inventory management and stock rotation - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with setting up and breaking down catering events Experience: - Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
