About the role
As a KS2 Teacher with a specialism in Maths and ICT, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, differentiated teaching that supports every child's academic, social, emotional, and physical development. You'll monitor progress, provide meaningful feedback, and help prepare pupils for 11+ and ISEB assessments, while also contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities, trips, and events. You will be part of a supportive and professional team, and expected to engage fully in continuous professional development and safeguarding practices.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a proposed January 2026 start date.
Who we are looking for
You are an enthusiastic and committed educator, with proven success in teaching Maths at KS2 and a confident use of ICT in your classroom. You have excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a passion for nurturing every child's potential. You are organised, adaptable, and resilient, with a clear understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment practices. Ideally, you bring experience with the 11+ or ISEB curriculum. You value collaboration with colleagues and families, and are ready to play a full role in the school community. Above all, you care deeply about children and their learning journey.
