We are seeking a skilled Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT issues promptly.
Responsibilities
Deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently
Manage firewall configurations and ensure network security
Utilise ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, and other tools for issue tracking and resolution
Assist with software installations and updates
Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their technical concerns
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical support roles
Proficiency in software troubleshooting and computer hardware maintenance
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, and other IT support tools
Strong communication skills to interact with users and provide clear technical guidance
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 28,340.00-29,601.00 per year
