Key Responsibilities:



Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals Re-image devices and reinstall/configure applications Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and replacements Document issues in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
