We're currently looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our fun, friendly team. As an independent nursery with big dreams, we need someone eager to help us achieve our goal of becoming the best nursery in town!
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner and key worker, you'll play a vital role within our nursery team, ensuring that the children in our care receive top-notch support and care. Your focus will be on keeping them safe, while providing a variety of engaging and enriching play experiences that cater to their unique learning needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Observing, supporting, and enhancing children's learning.
- Planning activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to guide your approach.
- Maintaining accurate and effective records for each child.
- Promoting inclusive practices, particularly for children with additional needs.
- Meeting the nutritional needs of children while adhering to Food Safety Regulations.
- Staying updated on the latest in childcare and education policy.
- Partnering with parents and families to build strong, supportive relationships.
Who Should Apply?

To join us, you should have (or be willing to work towards) a relevant Level 2/3 Childcare Qualification, experience in a childcare setting, and a solid understanding of child development for children aged birth to 5 years. Familiarity with a play-based approach to learning and a commitment to equal opportunities is also important.
