We are seeking an experienced and motivated Laboratory Manager (Bakery & Pastry Production)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the production in our London lab, across

pastry, bakery, and viennoiserie

(laminated doughs) Manage and coordinate the team to ensure smooth daily operations Guarantee product quality and consistency according to Copains standards Organise production schedules and collaborate with other departments (retail, logistics, R&D)

What We're Looking For

Solid professional experience in

pastry, bakery, or viennoiserie

, ideally with exposure to multiple disciplines Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a background in managing production teams Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality Ambition, adaptability, and a genuine passion for artisanal bakery and pastry
