We are looking for a talented and ambitious Lab Manager (Bakery & Pastry Production)

Your Role
Based in our
London production lab
, you will oversee the daily operations of the laboratory across three metiers:
patisserie, boulangerie, and tourage
.
You will be responsible for production planning, quality control, team leadership, and ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

Your Profile
You have solid experience in
pastry, bakery, or viennoiserie (laminated doughs)
, ideally across several metiers
You have strong leadership skills and proven experience managing a production team
You are ambitious, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
You are motivated by both
hands-on production
and
team management responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 32,912.47-64,435.40 per year
Work Location: In person
