As part of our Sports & Specialised Analytical Services (SSAS) team, you'll be joining an internationally recognised laboratory at the forefront of anti-doping and banned substance testing. Our work spans animal sports medication, human drug testing, and dietary supplement certification.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Laboratory Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our Fordham facility near Ely. This is a hands on role that's around 70-80% structured, day to day admin, with the remaining 20-30% focused on supporting projects and unpredictable tasks that require initiative and problem solving.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys routine and is highly organised, but who also wants the chance to step outside of the usual admin box, whether that's supporting new systems, improving processes, or getting involved in one-off projects across different teams.
You'll be joining a busy, purposeful scientific organisation where your support helps ensure our scientists and technicians can focus on delivering world-class testing and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be a vital part of keeping our operations running smoothly, managing the essential admin tasks that underpin our lab's success and jumping in when unexpected priorities arise.
