Labourer (casual) For Renovation Work.
Job Description
I require a self employed labourer to assist with various renovation jobs, currently groundworks including finishing drainage pipes for patio foundations.
It will require;
- Completing the removal of top soil.
- Loading/Unloading Wheelbarrows
- Breaking concrete using a breaker.
- Mixing cement
To name but a few of the tasks required.
In the future extensions, more renovations, loft conversions etc.
Starting with Saturdays but potential to grow into more permanent work.
If you are looking for additional work this may suit.
Must have own transport and be able to turn up when agreed, on time.
Experience with this type of work is preferred, additional skills such as brick or block laying will be advantageous but not necessary at this stage.
Please respond with details of experience, any qualifications. What you currently do full time and what you are looking for longer term.
As mentioned this is a temporary short term gig but there is potential for it to grow to other things.
You should already be self employed.
Rate 130/day 8-4pm
For the right person there will be lots opportunity to learn and plenty of future work.
