Job Description

Due to increased demand, we are looking for a self employed labourer with experience in the building trade to joint a team based in Birmingham.

Ideally you will have transport and some tools.

The areas we cover are West Midlands: Birmingham, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and surrounding areas.

You will be converting domestic lofts so knowledge of the conversion process is essential, as is good people skills, as you will be working in customers homes.

As a labourer you will support in the following:installing steels, joists, plaster boarding, flooring, fitting staircases, installing roof windows, building dormer windows, carpentry (skirting/ Architrave/door fitting).

CSCS card desirable but training can be arranged to obtain one.

Weekly paid through the Construction Industry Scheme. Bonus scheme in place. You will ideally have relevant trade qualifications or extensive 'on the job' experience, a high level of health and safety knowledge and practice is essential.

We would consider taking on an apprentice and supporting them with their training for the right candidate.
