Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Labourer in the Bishops Stortford area. The successful candidate will assist with various construction activities and must have experience in the construction/carpentry industry.
Duties
Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site Support our carpenters in their tasks Follow instructions from supervisors to meet project deadlines efficiently
Skills
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour over extended periods Ability to follow safety procedures diligently Good organisational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of construction processes Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities on-site Valid driving licence is mandatory
This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in construction. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work in various weather conditions and possess a proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork.
