About the Role



We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable

Lamination Assistant

to join our production team. This is a

training and development role

, supporting the Laminator in all aspects of lamination and coating operations. You'll assist with the setup and running of machinery, help ensure product quality, and develop the technical knowledge needed to operate lamination equipment under supervision.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a manufacturing environment and build a career in a technical production role.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Laminator with handling adhesives, solvents, sleeves, and other lamination materials Assist in the lamination process, including the preparation of samples and basic machine operations Carry out basic quality checks and follow work instructions accurately Report any machine faults or quality issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the working area Learn to use production systems such as

PRISM

and record basic production data Help minimise waste and improve efficiency by following standard procedures Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and sharing relevant information Be flexible to take on other duties in line with the level and nature of the role

Shift Pattern:



You'll work 7 out of every 14 days, providing ample time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work. By booking only 2 days off, you can enjoy a full 7-day break. This schedule is popular among our team members, offering a perfect balance between work and personal time. During weeks with shorter hours, your pay will be averaged out at 43 hours, ensuring consistent and reliable income.

Week 1: 5 days Week 2: 2 days Week 3: 5 nights Week 4: 2 nights
