Profine UK Ltd would like to give you the exiting opportunity to join our fast-growing team as Lamination Setter working permanent night.

We are looking for experienced individuals who are able set and run machines, monitor and maintain the production process, to ensure finished product meets all relevant specifications and ensure all production activities are monitored to minimise downtime and scrap levels. The candidate should be able to prove their previous experience in setting.

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining a robust housekeeping approach. Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards and ensuring procedures are always followed. Ensuring adherence to company quality systems. Monitoring and maintaining process to ensure finished product meets all relevant specifications. Ensuring production schedule is adhered to. Ensuring all production activities are monitored to minimised downtime and scrap levels. Communicating performance inefficiencies, Health and Safety or quality issues to the Lamination Supervisor. Ensuring all relevant production administration is completed. Maximising production with production monitoring and fault finding, tool changes, tool trials and regulation of cycle times. Ensuring general operator led maintenance of machinery, inspecting parts, verifying and adjusting the meet specification

Person Specification:

Flexible attitude to working hours. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Able to work to tight deadlines. Attention to detail and fault finding. Good literacy and numerical skills. Basic computer skills. Positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications/Skills:

Setting experience - minimum 3 years essential. (You could be asked to demonstrated your skills during interview Experience of working within a production environment, essential. Experience of working within a fast-paced environment, essential. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to train skills to other members of the team. Positive attitude working along and with small team in fast newly established department.
