Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Landscape Estimator

to join our dynamic team on part-time basis or work with us as an external consultant (must be based localy). The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency across our landscaping projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for construction and landscaping.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for landscaping projects. Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures. Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability from a financial perspective. Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure accurate project specifications. Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement agreements. Evaluate subcontractor bids and assist in the selection process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field or experience based qualification to fullfill the role Proven experience as a Estimator, preferably in landscape architecture or construction Strong understanding of cost control methodologies and quantity surveying techniques. Excellent analytical and numerical skills Proficient in quantity surveying software and Excel for estimating and reporting. Strong communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards is advantageous.
