Foreman

We are looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to join our small growing company.

This role would be best suited to someone who has experience working in landscape construction company, that has the drive and initiative to carry out and complete work directing a small team of two.

This role will also require someone who is capable of all landscape construction duties as well as managing, organising and finishing projects on time.

The contract for the position is full time consisting of a 40 hour working week however flexibility of working overtime may be needed.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.

Responsibilities:

A portfolio of work that you are able to share with us (Dropbox, Google Drive or similar please). 6+ years experience across groundwork's, machine operating, paving, brickwork, decking, cladding, turfing, fencing and general carpentry and building. 3+ years experience of managing teams. Ability to work to a detailed plan and maintain work schedules provided by the landscaping manager. Good communication skills across team members, external trades, clients and designers. Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment as per company policies and health and safety procedures on site. Ensuring material waste onsite is kept to a minimum. Maintain a good and safe working order to all tools, vehicles, plant, equipment and machinery on site.

Pay: 120.00-180.00 per day
