The Role

We are looking for a Skilled Landscaper / Site Foreman to lead and run our landscape construction projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, manages sites efficiently, and maintains excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, working closely with the owner/designer, and ensuring that every project is delivered to specification, on time, and to an outstanding finish.

Key Responsibilities

Run residential landscaping sites from start to finish. Set out works accurately from drawings and plans. Lead and work alongside a small team on all aspects of hard and soft landscaping. Liaise with clients, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain site health & safety and excellent time management.

Skills & Experience (Essential)

Minimum 7 years' experience as a Landscape Foreman / Site Supervisor. Proven experience in paving, decking, groundworks, and irrigation systems. Ability to read and set out sites from drawings accurately. Full, clean UK driving licence (essential). Excellent timekeeping, communication, and leadership skills. A strong work ethic and pride in high-quality craftsmanship.
