Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for Working Supervisors with a Landscaping background (soft & hard) to join a new division of our company.
Due to a sharp increase in workload, we are setting up more teams of landscapers.
This exciting role will see you working on a range of highly detailed, large projects, with tier one construction companies, with the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of construction & landscaping tasks.
Essential Criteria. The successful candidates will:
To work closely site management and well with other team members
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently with attention to detail and to the highest standards
Have sound knowledge of a range of landscaping skills including; reading drawings and specification documents, setting out a site with a laser, driving machinery, understanding site health and safety requirements, porcelain and natural stone slab laying, brickwork, fencing, woodworking/carpentry skills e.g. building an oak gazebo or bespoke trellis, installing water features and irrigation, laying turf, planting trees and shrubs, and a variety of other skills as necessary.
Be able to undertake these tasks listed above to a very high standard with minimal training or supervision,
Undertake training to learn new skills if required,
Have an eye for detail,
Be customer-focused and respectful of client property,
Work as part of the wider team including other site teams, the Head of Landscaping, and our Designers,
Take part in planning or team meetings to ensure the smooth running of the project,
Be a good team member, to motivate and support junior team members,
Be safety-conscious,
Plan, organise your team, material & plant to maximise output with efficiency & to a safe manner
Take responsibility for your teams daily health & safety compliance
Be happy to work outdoors in all weathers.
Have a clean, full driving licence and preferably the ability to tow a trailer,
This role will involve travel across various sites in the region as well as occasional trips to our head office.

Hard & Soft Landscaping
Fencing work - Close board & panels
Patio laying - Sandstone & Porcelain
Driveway work including block paving
Brick/Block work
Drainage
Digger work
Turfing
Tree and shrub planting
Bark mulching
Grass seeding
Maintenance
What we need from you?
Experience within the construction (civil) industry is essential particularly within landscaping
SSSTS Certificate
1st Aid, Street works, etc desirable
Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
Current CSCS Card (Gold)
NVQ L3 in Supervision or working towards
Relevant Plant & tool training (CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo)
Full UK driving licence
Good communication & people skills
