Gardens by Keltie & Clark is looking for a landscaping trainee to come and join us, working on a wide range of sites in bespoke garden design and landscaping. If you want a challenging career with a huge, diverse skill set and have a passion for the outdoors, then this is the industry for you.
We take on the design and construction of whole projects, including:
Lighting systems
Water features
Swimming pools
Bespoke timber work
Planting design
We have specialists in both hard and soft landscaping. This role would be varied and hands-on. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic and a desire to be part of a team to build beautiful gardens. You will learn about groundworks, brickwork, paving, plumbing, woodwork, plants, irrigation, metalwork, and so much more.
As a company, we have very high standards and expect excellent finishes, and you will work on a complete variety of projects. You must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm in all weather and work as part of a team, but it is a great opportunity to learn about the creation of high specification private gardens.

Responsibilities
Assist in the building of high-end gardens from garden designs Work as part of a team to create gardens in an efficient manner Participate in building and digging tasks as required for various projects. Complete apprenticeship work to obtain a diploma, and a full-time role will be available for the right person. Collaborate with senior landscapers to ensure tasks are carried out as requested and safely Be respectful of the clients as you are working in clients' homes. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment is stored properly. Follow safety protocols while working on-site to ensure personal and team safety.
Requirements
A keen interest in outdoor spaces and landscapes A reasonable level of fitness, but this will develop over time. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good and effective communication skills - able to listen and take direction. Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges. Capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and digging as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: 15,704.00-26,000.00 per year
