Job Description

Due to continued growth and expansion, PB Forestry and Landscaping are recruiting for trainee Climbing Arborists, landscapers and labourers to join our operations team.

We carry out safe, high-quality tree care solutions for small and large projects across the UK including highways, railways, waterways, construction and civils, as well as domestic and commercial works. As a valid PB Forestry team member, you will be a key member in delivering arboriculture, landscaping and labouring services across a variety of environments.

We will provide training and investment across many disciplines for the right candidates.

The role involves outdoors, working in all weathers all over the UK. Therefore a person with a hardworking outdoors nature would suit. TREE WORKS - You will learn tree climbing, tree surgery, safe and professional use of equipment - climbing gear, chain saws, ropes, shears and so on. LANDSCAPING - Full training of landscaping, hedges, grass, trees, hard and soft landscaping. Training on equipment and machinery to high standards HYDROSEEDING - Learning the hydroseeding equipment HEAVY EQUIPMENT- you will receive training on tractors, robot remote control plant, large wood chippers, tractors, excavators and more! Key Responsibilities:

Carry out aerial tree works in a safe and professional manner, using industry best practices. Operate arboriculture machinery and climbing equipment. All work is logged using mobile apps. Adhere to all H&S requirements within RAMS and POWRA frameworks. Support a culture of safety, quality, team work and professionalism

Landscaping to include soft and hard landscaping

You will drive company vehicles as part of daily operations so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Training and Development

PB Forestry and Landscaping will provide ongoing training and development, additional skills and qualifications as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
