Site Manager

to help us lead our landscaping teams and deliver top-quality work on sites across the region.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading Teams

: Manage up to 5 landscaping teams, coaching Team Leaders, and ensuring high standards across all work.

Delivering Quality

: Ensure every project meets spec and is delivered safely, professionally, and to the customer's satisfaction.

Client Liaison

: Work directly with site managers from major housing developers, solving issues, building relationships, and representing Carrier Landscapes with pride.

Planning & Problem Solving

: Work closely with our Contracts Managers and Planning Team to get the most from people, vehicles, and materials.

Getting Stuck In

: You'll know when to roll up your sleeves and help deliver -- especially on time-critical jobs.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience in Construction (essential preferably Landscaping or ground works) Leadership experience in a similar environment A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills SSSTS (or equivalent), CSCS Managers card, full UK driving licence NVQ Level 3 in Landscaping or Horticulture (ideal but not essential)
