Operations Supervisor - Landscaping

36,000 + Per Annum

Location: Deeside, North Wales (covering sites within a 3-hour radius of HQ)

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm (with optional overtime)

We are a well-established property maintenance company specialising in landscaping and general maintenance. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the coordination of daily operations, manage a skilled team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and support a team of up to 10 staff members Act as the secondary point of contact for client communications and enquiries Plan, allocate, and monitor daily work schedules and rota-based tasks Ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard, within deadlines and budgets Maintain compliance with health & safety standards across all projects Work alongside the team on-site, carrying out landscaping duties as required

Candidate Requirements

Valid UK driving licence First Aid trained SSSTS qualification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar operational supervisor role within the landscaping sector Strong leadership and communication skills with proven experience managing teams o Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Hands-on approach with the ability to balance office and site-based responsibilities
