Love Landscaping is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Supervisor to lead an installation team across a range of high-end residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can confidently manage both people and projects on site.

As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hard and soft landscaping projects - from concept to completion - ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, efficiency, and health & safety compliance.

Location

Based in Salisbury, with travel across the South of England (accommodation provided for occasional overnight stays).

You must have the right to work in the UK and be local to the Salisbury area.

Job Details & Responsibilities

Come and join our team here at Love Landscaping as a Landscaping Supervisor! You will work as part of our Landscaping Installation Team and report directly to the Managing Director:

As part of your role, you will:

Lead and actively participate in the installation of landscaping and fencing projects Interpret design plans and ensure accurate, high-quality execution on site Supervise and support landscapers, assigning daily tasks Manage on-site logistics, including materials, tools, equipment, and schedules Maintain high standards of workmanship while contributing directly to daily tasks Enforce health and safety procedures at all times Communicate effectively with clients and management throughout projects Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects running smoothly

What's In It For You?

A salary of 30,000-35,000 (depending on experience) per year plus pension.

We will provide you with all of the tools, transport and budget to ensure you can complete your role as effectively as possible.

Experience And Qualifications

Essential:

Proven experience leading landscaping teams on residential or commercial projects Valid CSCS & DBS check is required prior to your start date Strong hands-on experience in hard landscaping (e.g. paving, fencing, decking, retaining walls) Solid understanding of soft landscaping practices, including planting schemes, turfing, and soil preparation Experience interpreting and working from landscape design plans and construction drawings Track record of delivering projects to a high standard, on time and within budget Familiarity with operating small machinery and power tools (e.g. excavators, dumpers, saws) Knowledge of health and safety practices relevant to landscaping and construction sites Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders across various different industries Experience managing materials, deliveries, site setup, and day-to-day logistics Full and clean UK driving licence
Desired:

An excavator qualification, such as CPCS, is highly desirable SSSTS or SMSTS is highly desirable
