Company Overview:
Lashedbykc is a rapidly growing lash company with extensive experience and a large clientele. We are seeking a talented and motivated Lash Artist & Salon Manager to join our team at our lash bar. The ideal candidate should be passionate about lashes, reliable, and driven.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional lash services, including classic lashes applied individually with "no stickies" in 1 hour and 30 minutes or less and Russian volume lashes in a maximum of 2 hours.
- Perform lash lifts and tints, as well as other beauty treatments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace and salon environment.
- Manage daily salon operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high client satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and effectively manage the salon's booking system.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage supply orders for operational efficiency.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with clients.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and salon visibility.
- Collaborate with staff to achieve sales targets and improve service offerings.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in classic and Russian lash applications.
- Proven experience in salon management or a similar supervisory role.
- Knowledge of brow lamination and lash lifts is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a strong work ethic.
- Must reside within 5 miles of the salon.
- Availability for a 40-hour work week, including Saturdays (non-negotiable).

This is a self-employed role, and you will be paid hourly; however, you will need to submit your own tax return. If selected for an interview, please be prepared to apply eyelash extensions on one of our models to demonstrate your skills.
