About us

Seccl is the Octopus-owned embedded investment platform that's on a mission to helping more people to invest - and invest well.

We're B-Corp certified with an amazing product-market fit, impressive early traction and the potential to transform an outdated industry, for the better. We've been growing fast and will scale even faster over the next few years.

We're also proud to be part of Octopus, the multi billion group that's on a mission to breathe new life into broken industries, through companies like Octopus Energy, Octopus Investments and Octopus Money.

Check out the Seccl website for the latest on our products and our mission to shape the future of investments.

The team

------------

The launch team is a group of onboarding and implementation specialists with a deep understanding of Seccl's technology & operations, as well as the broader wealth landscape.

They are experts at using Seccl's platform to launch new propositions and collaborate with firms to create innovative solutions and provide strategic guidance. Their contribution extends to helping achieve revenue and pipeline goals through delivery of onboarding & migration projects, offering insights on go-to-market plans, and collaborating closely with the wider commercial team to deliver on firm and business objectives.

The role

------------

As a member of our launch team, you'll be key player in ensuring the delivery of our customer roadmap - owning the onboarding and migration of establish fintechs, adviser-aggregators/consolidators, large advice techs, and enterprise propositions.

If you're excited about helping more people invest, driving change and innovation, and diving head-first into the unknown; if you see setbacks as fuel for growth and development; and if you believe that laser-focussed effort is the key to making things happen - then this is the role for you.

On a typical day you will be...

---------------------------------

Leading engaging demos of our software and APIs, showing firms how our technology can power their business. Running deep-dive workshops and capturing key details -- from project goals and functionality gaps to timelines and migration plans. Guiding firms through our custody agreement, AML, and KYC requirements to ensure full understanding and compliance. Supporting firms as they integrate with our API, helping them build efficient, compliant client journeys. Coordinating and delivering onboarding and migration projects on time and to a high standard. Providing clear, concise updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and commercial outcomes. Ensuring a smooth handover to our Customer Success team once onboarding is complete. Leading system demos and training sessions for firm teams to set them up for long-term success. Developing a strong understanding of Seccl's products, APIs, and services to bring clarity and confidence to every interaction.

This role's for you if you...

---------------------------------

Have hands-on experience with onboarding, launching, or migrating fintechs, advisers, or advice tech firms. Understand core operational processes and can explain them clearly to help firms achieve a smooth launch. Know your way around an API (or are eager to learn) and can confidently field standard integration questions. Have a solid grasp of the regulatory landscape for platform operators and can translate complex requirements into plain English. Are curious about the fintech and adviser markets -- and keen to understand how Seccl fits within them. Can juggle multiple onboarding projects at once while keeping clients and colleagues in sync. Take ownership of blockers, collaborating across teams to find smart, practical solutions. Enjoy working with data -- spotting patterns, drawing insights, and communicating them clearly. Thrive on variety, tackling everything from product to technical and legal queries with curiosity and persistence.

This role isn't for you if...

---------------------------------

You rely on a lot of top-down direction.

Here, you'll have a lot of freedom and ownership of your role, and you'll be expected to shape your own progression

You're not comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Our speed and scalability are what set us apart; you need to be able to act quickly and think on your feet

You struggle to follow through on ideas.

We value people who do what they say they will. If you care about something, you have the freedom here to make it happen

You don't like change

. You'll get on great here if you relish the ambiguity of rapid growth and are willing to embrace uncertainty

What's in it for you...
