Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team. Duties

Perform laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and garments. Execute thorough cleaning tasks throughout the facility to ensure a pristine environment for guests and staff. Assist with dry cleaning processes, ensuring garments are treated with care and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality service standards. Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols while handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience in laundry services or cleaning roles is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus. Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting would be good Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
