About the role

We are a

family-run lawn care business

looking for two Lawn Care Operatives to join our growing team covering

Huntingdon, Kettering and surrounding areas

.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you will visit customers' homes, apply seasonal lawn treatments, spot issues early, and give friendly, practical advice. You will be the face of the business, so professionalism and good people skills are essential. This role can be physically demanding and involves handling of machinery. Ideally, you will be used to working outdoors in all seasons.

No previous lawn care experience is required --

full training is provided

, including two weeks working alongside our experienced team.

What we are looking for

Full UK driving licence (max 3 points due to insurance)

Willing to pass a basic DBS check

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Friendly, reliable, and professional with customers

Physically fit and happy with hands-on work

Desirable (but not essential)

PA1 / PA6 spray licence

Previous customer-facing or sales experience
