Your workload will be varied but will include case management of Court of Protection cases and you will be expected to undertake some advocacy as part of this role.The Job and Person Specification contains full details of the skills and experience you need for the role.In return for your commitment, we offer you:

Our Legal Team is contractually based in Matlock, Derbyshire, but we work on a flexible basis which includes options for home working.
