Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
Partner with the business to clarify priorities for Learning and Development interventions, assessing training needs through surveys (e.g., PEAKON engagement platform), interviews, focus groups, or consultation with line managers.
Design and develop training courses or strands of L&D programmes; incorporate specified L&D methodologies and delivery channels, including coaching; develop relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
Manage the relationship with key external partners to deliver MEU-UK Sales Excellence Academy and the Leading with Integrity Programme. Working with the Head of People and senior internal stakeholders, help to co-design all aspects of our key learning and development programmes.
