About the Role



We're looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Learning & Development Business Partner to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of our learning strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping how our people grow, onboard, and adapt--especially as we embrace AI and digital transformation.



You'll manage L&D programmes end-to-end, partner with stakeholders across the business, and ensure our people have the skills, tools, and mindset to thrive. From compliance to culture, onboarding to innovation--you'll be at the heart of it all.



Key Responsibilities:



Programme Ownership - Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.

Stakeholder Partnership - Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify capability gaps, co-create solutions, and embed learning into everyday work.

Onboarding Excellence - Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel connected, confident, and equipped from day one.

Compliance & Mandatory Training - Ensure all regulatory and mandatory training is delivered, tracked, and reported with precision and consistency.

Tech-Enabled Learning - Leverage digital platforms, AI tools, and emerging technologies to modernize learning delivery and personalize development pathways.

Data-Driven Insights - Use learning analytics to measure impact, identify trends, and inform future strategy.



What we're looking for:



Proven experience in L&D, talent development, or HR business partnering

Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple programmes

Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Familiarity with learning platforms, LMS tools, and AI-driven solutions

Passion for continuous improvement and learner-centric design

Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory training requirements
