Your role:





We are looking for an exceptional Lead Brand Designer to help shape and elevate our visual identity across every touchpoint. You'll bring deep expertise in brand development, digital design systems, and storytelling to help define how we express our brand -- from high-level identity systems to everyday communications across web, product, campaigns, and content. You'll be a key creative leader in our growing design team, partnering with marketing, product, and executive leadership to create design that is both strategic and beautifully crafted.


Your responsibilities:




Lead brand identity development -- evolve and maintain our cohesive brand design system Translate brand into digital -- design compelling experiences across web, social, campaigns, and product marketing that reinforce our brand identity. Oversee creative execution -- guide the quality and consistency of creative output, whether hands-on or through direction and mentorship. Collaborate cross-functionally -- work closely with product design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand coherence across all channels. Manage and mentor -- help grow the creative team through guidance, feedback, and a commitment to craft and innovation. Create and evolve guidelines -- build and maintain a living brand system that scales with the company and empowers others to create on-brand. Operate as the guardian of the Global Relay brand across all customer-facing communications and installations Develop innovative concepts for key campaigns and projects, to create industry-leading design that sets Global Relay apart from its competitors

About you:




10+ years of experience in brand and digital design, with 4+ years in a lead or senior role. A portfolio that showcases exceptional brand identity systems and digital-first creative work. Having worked within a SaaS or Software Services industry. Expertise in visual storytelling and brand development, from concept to execution. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping or motion tools. Experience working with marketing, content, and product teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders. Experience in working with B2B & corporate brands
