Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business by analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Duties

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to present findings and insights. Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input during design, development, testing, and implementation phases. Perform ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into databases. Develop and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database technologies. Create detailed documentation including process maps using Visio and specifications for system enhancements. Employ programming languages such as Python and R for data analysis tasks. Utilize analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
