Job Description

We are a care home in Prestatyn and situated in a beautiful area of the village.

We are looking for a head cook to come on board with us, you will be working around 31.5 hours per week however, hours and times can be discussed at interview.

We are willing to pay the right candidate 13.07 based on experience.

Responsibilities:

-Completing the order process

- Ensure that all books and information is completed as per company policy
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Assist with menu planning and ingredient inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills:
- Proven experience as a cook or chef
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
