We're searching for a Lead Chefs to join our dynamic culinary teams across AMPED, PARISH, and ARCADE -- three unique venues united by a shared passion for quality, creativity, and consistency.

About the Role:

As Lead Chef, you'll take a pivotal role within the kitchen, ensuring every service runs smoothly and every plate meets our standards. You'll report to the Executive Chef in managing day-to-day operations, inspire the team, and help drive the continued success of all three sites under our control.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the kitchen team during busy services Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control Oversee prep, stock management, and daily kitchen organisation Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a positive kitchen culture
About You:

Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence Confident leader with a calm, composed approach under pressure Passion for food innovation and high standards of presentation Strong organisational and communication skills Flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt across multiple venues
