Lead Chef - Little Ship Club, EC4R 3TB
35,000 per annum depending on experience
09:00 - 16:30 general shift hours, with some evening work, working 5 days out of 7
Amazing team, free lunch on shift, 50% discount in our cafes on non working days

The role

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Chef to lead our team at the beautiful Little Ship Club. The role is well suited both to someone looking for a good work life balance (mainly daytime shifts but some evening work, including every Tuesday) and/or someone ambitious wanting to progress within a fast-growing company.

The person

The ideal Lead Chef will need to be professional, outgoing, have a flexible approach to working and work well in a fast paced environment. Experience in a similar role is essential, as are excellent communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team and a passion and love of food and customer service.
