Climbers & Lead Climbers - Horndean, Hampshire

We are currently seeking applications for both

Climber

and

Lead Climber

positions.

Ideally, you'll bring:

A proactive approach to looking after your own and the company's equipment Confidence in climbing and rigging (advanced experience is a plus, but training can be supported) A valid driving licence Relevant ground-based and/or tree climbing certifications (or a willingness to work towards them) Strong communication skills, with the ability to work openly and collaboratively A good understanding of arboriculture, or the motivation to build this knowledge through hands-on experience

For the Lead Climber role:

If you haven't held a leadership position before but believe you have the skills and potential to step up, we'd be happy to discuss this with you.

About Tree Assist:

Located just outside the Portsmouth area, serving the South of England, we provide high quality, customer focussed arboriculture and vegetation management services.

We employ and develop teams of premier level arborists (tree surgeons) to complete high-quality arb and vegetation work across the South Coast.

Our teams are split across two different sectors: residential and commercial.

Whether dealing with residential or commercial clients, we fully understand that we are always working alongside people. Everyone's needs differ vastly, and we take pride being able to identify and serve according to these needs.

Our residential teams are fully trained to work alongside the public, in the interest of bettering our local communities and leaving our positive stamp on the improvement of local amenity value.

Our commercial teams are fully trained to work on various site types, including construction sites, highways, and MOD land. Along with keeping to the high level of H&S compliance needed to complete these projects.

Areas we work in include (and are not limited to): West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Surrey and London.

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 43 per week
